Fun STEM Fact!
Mary Golda Ross (Cherokee Nation) was a NASA mathematician and engineer who played a pivotal role in sending Apollo astronauts into space. Much of her work in the research, evaluation, and testing of top-secret rocket and missile systems is still classified.
